The data-set consists of runs ranging from 9055 to 9597 (early and late runs may be tests or affected by drilling etc). Note that some high rate files heavily affected by IceCube drilling and operation have been excluded. The 2005 sample is processed using the nano-DST found in Wisconsin. In February and April of 2006 the data was patched up for missing sequences thanks to John Richards who had staged new nano-DSTs in Madison and Markus Ackermann who brought the remaining data which were missing from the South Pole to Zeuthen. For special runs per file see separate list and also see investigation of raw data rates.
