XXXIII PANDA COLLABORATION MEETING

STOCKHOLM, JUNE 14 – 18, 2010

 

The XXXIII Panda Meeting will be held June 14-18, 2010, at the Department of Physics (Fysikum) at Stockholm University.                           

The department is situated at the AlbaNova University Center (AlbaNova universitetscentrum)

OPEN LECTURES FOR EVERYBODY

During the week there will be open lectures on hadron physics. Program open lectures.

Important dates:

  • Registration opens March 17

·         Registration deadline for early registration is May 13.

·         Late registration until June 7. Participation in the City Hall reception not guaranteed.

  • Hotel booking deadline (prebooked rooms) is May 13
  • Reception at the City Hall (Stadshuset) is June 15 at 19.00
  • Conference dinner is June 17 on a boat that starts from Nybrokajen.

 

Important issues:

  • Participants arrange accommodation on their own. This week in Stockholm will probably be crowded, so it is advisable to book your room as soon as possible. A number of rooms have been prebooked for June 14 – 18, see the list of hotels here.
  • The conference fee is (early registration latest May 13) 100 € (if paid by bank transfer) or 1000 SEK (if paid at arrival, only cash payment is possible). We prefer payment via bank transfer, payment instructions.
  • Registration (the link takes you back to the PANDA meeting site)
  • At arrival there will be a reception desk open 11 – 14 at June 14 and 10.30 – 11 during the rest of the week.
  • For accompanying persons, the conference dinner fee is 700 SEK, to be paid cash at arrival. Please inform the organisers if you intend to bring someone to the dinner.
