The Higgs Sector in the MSSM

The Higgs sector contains two doublets, corresponding to five physical particles: one CP-odd neutral Higgs boson, A, two neutral CP-even bosons, h⁰ and H⁰, and finally the charged $H^\pm$. At tree level, the Higgs masses can be described by two parameters, commonly chosen to be $\tan{\beta}$ and m_A. It is a distinctive feature of the MSSM that the mass of the lightest Higgs particle, h⁰, is predicted to be rather low. In many recent calculations, including higher order contributions, it is shown that $m_h \lesssim$ 130 $\GeV$ [10].
